The Field Marketing Manager provides direction and leadership to local field staff consisting of full time, part-time, and summer interns. Field Marketing Managers develop and implement marketing programs and initiatives to achieve brand and department goals on a local level. Field Marketing Managers support Regional Sales Teams and Distributors connecting local field marketing activity to retail.

Reports to: Director of Field Marketing

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and implement Field Marketing Programs and initiative within specified regions

  • Implements strategy
  • Creates local market tactics
  • Responsible for all activity in market

Effectively target activity, source regional brand event partnerships and influences, negotiate terms

  • Sourcing event partnerships
  • Building and maintain relationships
  • Negotiating terms

Connect Field Marketing to retail. Support Regional sales team to achieve business goals

  • Leads brand marketing communication locally
  • Leverage marketing activity with sales
  • POS blitzes and crew drives
  • Local distributor engagement
  • Works directly with local retailers

Recruit, manage, develop full time/part-time & seasonal field staff

  • Recruits and oversees hiring of all field staff.
  • Manage resource seasonality
  • Provides training and onboarding
  • Develops talent for future placement

Provide timely schedule updates, reporting, and ROI evaluations

  • Monthly calendar updates
  • Monthly goal updates
  • Bi-weekly budget reports
  • Bi-weekly activity dashboard reports

Field asset and operational management

  • Fleet management
  • Storage facility management
  • Quality and inventory control on all field assets
